Specimen of azurite with a very special, intense color, formed by numerous small crystals, very brilliant. On baryte matrix. They belong to the mine that exploits the immense Marabout vein, located in the north of Sidi Ayed. The coordinates of the mine are 32°53'23''N, 4°38'33''W. Near from Mibladen but in the other side of the mountains.
In this specimen we can observe some groups of tabular wulfenite crystals of intense, very intense orange color, showing defined faces and parallel growth. If anything distinguishes these wulfenite crystals is its vivid color. The brilliance is excellent and in thin areas show transparence. Some of the dominant crystals are disposed very aerial and accompanied by groups of barite crystals. If you observe closely the specimen under the microscope you will see numerous perfect tabular crystals of wulfenite. Very aesthetic specimen.
Good-sized azurite crystal from this classic Moroccan mine. It shows very defined and bright faces and edges, with an intense blue color. It presents a small nick in the upper part but almost invisible. Good specimen indeed.
Good sized cerussite crystal, with cyclic twinning, complete, and polysynthetic growths. Good color and defined faces, disposed very aerially on a matrix with baryte crystals. A very aesthetic Moroccan classic. With handwritten label.
Group of quartz crystals, with defined rhombohedron forms and parallel growth (faden). Excellent brilliance and transparence. These are specimens from a Moroccan mine that is poorly represented in collections.
Some unusual specimens from the Oujda area, specifically from Touissit. These are aggregates of sphalerite crystals, some of them twinned, of an intense brown color, with reddish transparencies, good luster, which are dotted with small chalcopyrite and pyrite crystals, disposed on a dolomite matrix, with an aesthetic contrast. Just arrived (March 2020) after our trip through Moroccan lands.

Botryoidal aggregates of coronadite, with greasy luster and color between deep dark gray to almost black. It is a very old specimen from this Moroccan locality. Not easy to find samples from this mine in the market. With the Montal typed label.
A very aesthetic azurite specimen formed by several elongated prismatic crystals, forming a kind of sheaf. They are partially pseudomorphized by malachite. The blue color of the azurite is exceptional, with very good brilliance. A nice miniature from a classic Moroccan locality.
Aesthetic group of tabular crystals of baryte, with a delicate bluish color, brilliant and transparent. With a good size, they stand out on a matrix of goethite. A extinc classic.
Aesthetic and gemmy anglesite specimen that shows a group of crystals with a razor-sharp chisel terminations, striated faces, characteristic for the species, very sharp and with good transparence and uniform yellow color.
This specimen date to the late 1970s and were found in the well known Moroccan mining area of Touissit. They are considered the world's finest anglesite specimens. Here we offer this "old" specimen from glorious past times.
Rich aggregate of arsenatian vanadinite crystals "endlichite", with good-sized crystals, interpenetrated, curved faces and edges and good brightness. A Moroccan classic, nowadays it is not easy to find available.
Very aesthetic stalactite of goethite totally covered with sharp lanceolated pyrolusite crystals, disposed in a very aerial shape, with an intense luster, colour between metallic gray to almost black. A notable specimen for the species and the locality.
Curious specimens of vanadinite showing yellow, slightly orange, hexagonal prismatic crystals, on which a thin layer of goethite has been deposited. At the same time, on this layer another generation of vanadinite and calcium-rich pyromorphite (phosphohedyphane), such as the attached analyzes show, we will send to the buyer. They are disposed on a matrix of goethite. Very interesting and different specimen from this classic Moroccan mine. Take a look to the SEM image of second generation crystals with an unusually rich facet...
Very rich specimen formed by several white (transparent) acicular crystals of picropharmacolite and pharmacolite, accompanied by velvety pinkish Mg-rich erythrite mixed with them. Some sinfeldite crystala ggregates are present. On a nickelskutterudite matrix. Collected in Bou Azer mine in february 2018. Analyzed by SEM-EDS.

Rich group of so called arsenatian vanadinite showing defined edges and curved faces, barrel-shaped and many of them doubly terminated, with the characteristic color of this variety. These samples appeared on the market in the late 1970s as pyromorphite, until they were correctly determined by XRD and SEM-EDS analysis. This specimen has been analyzed, just for info, showing As 3%weight and 8.7% in V. Old specimen, nowadays rare to find.
Druse of roselite crystals, with good color and defined forms. They are accompanied by pink crystals of cobaltoan calcite.
Exceptional specimen of acanthite that shows the skeletal growths of octahedral crystals of this silver sulphide, with an exceptional brilliance, sharp faces and edges, and on matrix, something unusual. Very nice also under magnifying glass. A fine piece of this Moroccan mine.
Good botryoidal specimen of hematite. In the back side we observe very esthetic growths of different tones, fibrous, of hematite. These pieces are usually cleaned at the origin with sand, but in this case and because of the luster, we do not believe that it was. Very curious Moroccan novelty.
Rich group of fan-shaped tabular erythrite crystals in parallel growth; very brilliant, of intense color and disposed very aerial on the matrix with quartz crystals. A fine specimen from Bou Azer.
A very aerial malachite aggregate, showing fibrous crystals, intense colour, with zoning, and good luster. On a matrix with dolomite small crystals. A very aesthetic specimen from this classic Moroccan mines.
