Group of sphalerite crystals with parallel and polycrystalline growths, slightly curved on the faces and edges, transparent to translucent and shiny. When exposed to light from behind, it takes on a honeyed to greenish tone.
Group of complex sphalerite crystals with striated facets. Bright, translucent and with a toasted honey color. Exfoliated on the back.
Aggregate of sphalerite crystals, with complex faces and intense color when the light passes through it. Back side is recrystalized. From this classic Spanish locality.

Fragment of a sphalerite crystal, with complex faces and intense color when the light passes through it. Back side is exfoliated. From this classic locality.
Specimen with many years, from the Daunis collection (Barcelona), with the handwritten label. There are several groups of sphalerite crystals, brilliant, translucent with an intense orange color when the light passes through them. They are disposed on a matrix with dolomite crystals. The sample has not been treated, so it presents some areas with small scratches, typical of the time. A great sample from this classic Spanish mine.
Group of sphalerite crystals with very marked parallel and polycrystalline growths, with the predominant forms of the tetrahedron, slightly curved in faces and edges, transparent to translucent and brilliant. Toasted honey color. With the light on the backside it lights up in intense orange (see photo).
On a white matrix formed by several white dolomite crystals, sharp and with curved faces and edges, we can enjoy a crystal of sphalerite very brilliant, with transparence and a very uniform toasted honey color. Very aesthetic specimen. From a former German Col. Nr.812.
Druse formed by complex interpenetrated sphalerite crystals, with toasted honey color, some transparence and accompanied by calcite crystals. A huge size specimen from a classic Spanish locality.
Curious aggregate of sphalerite crystals formed by several crystals of this sulfur, good brilliance, with sharp faces and edges and some transparence. Very aesthetically disposed on a matrix of white rhombohedral dolomite crystals. From a former German collection. Different than usual.
