Group of chalcopyrite crystals, bright, interpenetrated, with well defined edges. On the faces of the crystals we can see small aggregates of crystals, probably tetrahedrite. They are accompanied by sphalerite crystals on matrix. An old piece, from the time of those that are preserved in the Freiberg Mining School Museum.
On a rich group of rosettes of rhodochrosite, with a pinkish tone and a silky luster, there are various crystals of tetrahedrite, defined, brilliant and contrasting on the matrix.
Group of bournonite prismatic crystals, with striated faces by the cyclic twin; interesting acute terminal faces, good brilliance and complete crystals. They are accompanied by bright aggregates of acicular boulangerite and sharp pyrite crystals. They are accompanied by lenticular crystals of possible magnesite or dolomite. A sample purchased by Sr. Manchion from Dr. Joan Viñals, in the 80s. A different piece from this Peruvian locality.
Very rich specimen formed by several tetrahedrite crystals, sharp, brilliant, with golden facets due to chalcopyrite. They show forms of the tetrahedron and the cube, together with more complex ones. They are disposed very aesthetically on a matrix covered with quartz crystals and peppered by globular orange siderite. A very esthetic specimen, for lovers of crystallography and sulfides. Analysis show a silver content.
