RM3495 Callaghanite and Pokrovskite
Cu2Mg2(CO3)(OH)6·2H2O
Nice speciemen of callaghanite, a rare copper and magnesium carbonate, with a very characteristic cobalt blue colour. It shows a druse formed by numerous crystals. Accompanied by small orange-brown aggregates of pokrovskite, together with globules of hydromagnesite. It is accompanied by the Joan Viñals handwritten label.
Size: 5.5 x 4.2 x 2.2 cm.
