They are disposed randomly on the goethite matrix. Colourless, yellow and orange tones, due to the iron oxides. A very aesthetic specimen from this classic quarry.

RM1049 Cronstedtite
Brunita open pit, Sierra Minera de Cartagena-La Unión, La Peraleja, La Unión, Murcia, SpainCronstedtite is a rare iron silicate of the kaolinite-serpentine group. This is a good representative of the cronstedtite specimens from this classic Spanish mine. It shows a lustrous, black, trigonal crystals forming groups on the matrix. It is a rare oportunity to get good specimens of this species.

RM991 Sphalerite with siderite
Corta San Valentín, Sierra Minera de Cartagena-La Unión, Sancti Spiritu, La Unión, Murcia, SpainFrom a classic Murcian loocality as corta San Valentín comes this specimen formed by a large group of bright sphalerite crystals with tetrahedral and complex shapes, good brightness and partially covered bu lenticular and rhombohedral orange siderite crystals. A very aesthetically striking contrast color.

RM791 Galena with sphalerite and pyrrhotite
San Valentín Open pit, Sierra Minera de Cartagena-La Unión, Sancti Spiritu, La Unión, Murcia, SpainA very rich group of galena crystals, very bright, with good size, interpenetrating between them and showing cube and octahedron faces. They are partially covered by brilliant crystals of sphalerite with honey color and transparency to black and opaque. They are disposed on a matrix with pyrrhotite. An exceptional piece for this classic Spanish locality.
