RM496 Cuprian adamite
Mina Ojuela, Mapimí, Municipio de Mapimí, Durango, MéxicoA very rich specimen of cuprian adamite, formed by several very sharp pseudooctaedral crystals, with an excellent brilliance and transparence. Color is different than usual for the species and mine, with a green to bluish tones. Adamite crystals are partially covering a vug in the goethite matrix. A display huge size specimen and a very good aesthetics. From this classic classic Mexican mine.
Size: 8,5 x 7,2 x 4,7 cm.
Main crystal: 3 x 2 mm.
